Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Terms

Delivery is available within Germany; delivery to other European countries is available upon request.

Packaging and Shipping

Domestic shipments (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of 7.50 EUR plus VAT per order.

International shipping: upon request

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place approximately 5 days after receipt of payment—approximately 10 days for larger machines.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Freight deliveries

For goods delivered by a freight forwarder—particularly machinery—delivery is made “curbside,” meaning to the nearest public curb at the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed.

- Prepayment by bank transfer

- Payment via PayPal Express

 

PayPal Payment Information

Just a few steps to checkout:

1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as your payment method.

2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and complete the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods Direct Debit via PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal, and Purchase on Account via PayPal, you do not need to set up a PayPal account.

4. You will then be redirected back to our website (www.shop.feucht-antriebstechnik.de).
